Q. Why did you pick this particular kind of business?
A. This is what my family has been doing since day one when we move to the United States 15 years ago.
Q. What are some of the foods/services you offer that people don’t know about?
A. We added sushi and Japanese dishes two years ago when I bought the business. I also added kid’s menu. We have a great lunch selection which includes 2 sushi rolls for $8.95.
Q. How many customers can your restaurant hold at one time?
A. 80 people to the total. We have a small lounge section off to the side normally for a large party.

A. The restaurant has been here for 7 years. I am being the owner for the last 2 years.

A. Business of the Year 2011 from Sandy Springs/ Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce. Sponsor of Sandy Springs Society. Sponsor of Leadership of Sandy Springs.

A. Pistachio Shrimps, Ocean Roll, Sashimi Mori, Orange Roll
Q. Is there anything else you would like our readers to know about your restaurant?
A. It is a family owned business. I am trying to build up the business in this tough economic environment along with the support of whole family along with my one year old son (William). If you have not been to Blue Grotto in the last few years, you should give us another try since we have a new and interesting menu. We are open for Lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.

Q. What’s the best thing about being a small business owner in Sandy Springs?
A. It gives me the opportunity to meet all sorts of people in our community. It is not hard to find out they are usually very supportive to the local businesses and the community they live in.
Q. What’s the best thing about your job?
A. The best thing about my job is being self-employed. I am being responsible for my own success or failure. It is all in the control of my hand.
Q. What is the best thing about Sandy Springs?
A. Sandy springs is a well organized city and it has very supportive people and organizations throughout the city to keep the community together. It is also good to hear that Sandy Springs is in a well financial position while other surrounding cities are struggling.
Q. Why did you choose to open your business in Sandy Springs?
A. I pick this city is because I went to High School here in Sandy Springs (Riverwood Graduate). I love the people and the community here.
