There is a unique seafood and oyster bar in historic Roswell which is the result of the visionary entrepreneur, Zachary Bramblett. This young, hip restaurant owner is a native of Roswell and a graduate of Roswell High School.
His restaurant career began while working in his family’s restaurants. However, through spending time in Hawaii, Mozambique and South Africa, Zachary acquired an extensive pallet for international food and an appreciation for different cultures and cuisine.
Zachary brought his cultural love affair to his new restaurant, Roux on Canton. They offer weekly drink specials, raw oysters on the half-shell, the best craft beer in Historic Roswell, and great Cajun favorites.

Popular choices at Roux include Raw Oysters, Homemade Gumbo, Overstuffed Po’Boys, Jambalaya Pasta, Fish Tacos, Hurrouxcanes (NOLA-style), HOT BEIGNETS, and what could be considered the most diverse draft/bottled craft beer in Historic Roswell. They aren’t shy about bragging on having the Best Shrimp n’ Grits in Roswell either!
At Roux, seafood lovers can enjoy Weekend Fresh Fish Specials like: Red Snapper, Wahoo and Lobster Tail.
“Our fun atmosphere, great service, live music, exceptional craft beer selection and the best Cajun food in the area! Everyone loves being at Roux because it is such a “homey” atmosphere. We love what we do and it shows…from the owner to the servers,” commented Christina Devictor, Marketing Manager for Roux.

Zachary Bramblett also understands the importance of giving back to the community. His restaurant, Roux on Canton, was a proud supporter of Rockin’ Roswell for a CURE! put on by SoMedia Solutions and Spencer Pest Sertices. Together with other businesses on Canton Street, in one evening they helped raise over $8500 for Stick it 2 Cancer. According to Christina, “Stick it 2 Cancer is a great cause! So many people are affected by cancer and we’re happy to help support those who are willing to fight for the cure!”
